Covid threw this whole process a strange curve-ball. We had to delay our home search for 6 months due to being unable to sell our home in Michigan. Once our market opened up and we had an offer on our home, time became short and hectic. Michael demonstrated his ability to cope with adversity, and found us 20+ potential homes in less than 4 days. I cannot say enough about Michaels communication skills, honesty and professionalism. He identified concerns in homes that would not make them move in ready. Once we found the home that we wanted, it took 5 days between the time of our offer to the sellers finally accepting it. In fact it was Michael being tenacious with the seller's agent that communication of the offer finally being accepted. Moving between states is high stress. Michael did much to minimize that and help us be comfortable in making this transition to Illinois.
