Tom was very helpful & always responsive to any questions we had as first time home buyers. He kept everybody on the same page including us, the bank, the sellers, & the condo association. We had a unique situation with me living out of state & my husband viewing the properties on behalf of both of us. This meant Tom also had to keep the two of us on the same page & sometimes have the same conversation two separate times. He was very patient & got us in our home very quickly with no hang-ups!
